All participants are encouraged to work at their own level and there is a variety of classes to cover all abilities. Each exercise can be adapted to suit every individual. Contact me before attending so we can discuss availability and which class is best suited for you as well as current COVID-19 regulations.
Following new government guidelines regarding COVID-19, classes are now up and running. Our location is COVID safe and we are following the tight restrictions and strict cleaning measures.
Wear masks throughout the building.
Bring your own water bottle.
Follow the 2m social distancing measures at all times.
Use the hand sanitiser upon entering and exiting the building.
Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms.
Do not attend if anyone you have had contact with, is COVID positive.

Sara is an excellent teacher- the sessions are fun, yet productive. I always feel better both physically and mentally.
Suitable for walking aids or wheelchairs.
Seated exercise class to help prevent falls and improve flexibility and muscle strength. We always end the class with a cuppa, biscuit and chat that partners are welcome to join us.
Having lost my sense of balance due to two mini-strokes, I have found Sara's sit down exercises invaluable. Sara is friendly and helpful while understanding people's needs.
Her exercises help increase mobility and cover all aspects of exercise from head to toe within a friendly group.

Suitable for Independent (no walking aids)
A class looking at maintaining and improving balance, flexibility, posture, muscle strength, co-ordination and dexterity.
I find attending Sara’s active exercise class extremely beneficial for me as a Parkinson's Patient, with her attitude, exercises and equipment. After the class, my movements are better and therefore I feel better.
