A circuit of 15 stations to help with everyday functional activities to include improving posture, balance, leg strength, arm strength, flexibility, exercise tolerance and stamina. Work at your own pace, doing as much as or as little to suit each individual. Call me for more information.

Functional Fitness Circuit


We have attended this (Functional Fitness) class regularly for some time and found it of great benefit to us both. We feel it is an hour well spent each week. We would recommend you try it to keep mobile!
